I haven't read up on it in a while, but I decided a while ago after a lot of reading it was only worth getting D3 with K2. Something about absorption and transport to needed areas. I would personally pass on this deal and find one that contains both.

Vitamin d gets the calcium into your blood, vitamin k moves it from their blood and soft tissues into your bones.

Why not get K2 separately and take them at the same time? Cheaper too doing it that way

Just make sure to take it with a meal that has fat in it and it will absorb just fine.

I read that its better to take K2 (MK-7) separately rather than in a combined pill with D3. Supposedly, they both compete for the same receptors and would therefore clash taking them at the same time. Also, its better to take D3 in the morning (with food) so it won't affect your circadian rhythm.
What I'm still trying to figure out is would we get the same benefit taking 15,000 IU once a week rather than 2000 IU daily? D3 is stored in our fat. So theoretically, taking a higher dose once a week, should have the same benefit as taking a smaller dose daily. However, I see conflicting responses to that.
