Ordered a case of tomato soup once and in usual Amazon fashion they tossed that HEAVY case of cans in with a bunch of other SS stuff. It showed up like a murder scene in a box.
I've had similar what's most frustrating is they then tell you "we can't take it back due to it being food"! I'm like I'm not asking for you to take is back I'm asking for you're staff to use some common sense and not put 5 loose glass jars in a box with other stuff!
I no longer order anything glass jarred from them. But to have cans explode, well that's a new one to me!
