I'm not TC'ing and I think this a good deal. But don't be misled by thinking that you can't be scammed on Aliexpress when the item is supposedly shipped from the US. Last year I purchased an item from Ali that showed as delivered with tracking, but I never received it. Seller had shipped a piece of junk to a different address in my city. This is a common scam. Again, I'm not saying this is what will happen with this bike, but if tracking says it was received and you didn't get it, you know what's going on.

I know exactly what you mean. Because of that, I installed "up assistant" extension on Chrome which gives you more in depth analysis on the seller. For example, this seller is getting an 8% trust rating with 15.7% neutral/bad reviews.

I had ordered two of these. One came perfectly packaged brand new box and awesomely packed. The other…they sent me a used broken bike with no padding, no parts or key. Box was destroyed by the time it made it to me with a loose bike bouncing around in it. Aliexpress wants me to ship it back. Shipping cost is 560 dollars… more than the bike. I've opened a dispute with my credit card but who knows what will happen now. Waiting to see what happens. Best part is I can't leave a review on the bad one to give others a warning of what happened when buying an ebike on Aliexpress goes wrong. Really hoping my credit card company does the right thing. The bike is not rideable from damage and doesn't even have the required parts to put it together.

Forget this thing, live life to the fullest and hey the joyor S-10 scooter. Dual 1000 watt motors one on each wheel. Hydration breaks and hits 42mph. Be a man try to make it past 30…. I cant too scary

Thanks that is about what I imagined. I am going to resist but the look just has me wanting one bad. I'd actually like to see the wife riding it which would be hilarious. Hope you have good luck with it long term.

with this trade uncertainty with China right now, I would not be buying anything from them through these third-party vendors that are directly affected by tariffs. Plus people riding these unless you're riding them on a farm or something. look like you lost your license due to a DUI. these are what the people roll around after they close the 50cc moped loophole

Yes i noticed this as well. I'm not a stickler for the bike not going exactly 33mph tbh.. even at 28mph it's plenty fast for me. Too old to be ripping top speed at all times, just like to cruise and hit it every now and then. Just watched a video of a guy on YT building and riding a 80mph ebike - crazy world we live in.

yes even at 28mph is plenty fast. I live in NYC where most local streets are a 25mph to 30mph speed limit. most of the time I am keeping up with the speed of local traffic or even passing it. I've had this bike for nearly a month now.This post is a great deal. I got mine at walmart (not at this price, got mine at 597.99) and was able to buy a 4 year extended warranty.

I got mine pretty quick, ordered it on 8/3 and received the bike on 8/6. Assembly was pretty quick, it comes with tools but it would've taken a while to assemble so I just used my own. For the amount of money spent, I've used this to commute to work (less than 5 miles) and been having fun. The claims that it can go 30-80 miles on a charge, I doubt it can if you keep going full throttle. But I've been full throttle riding it, and I'm 245 lbs male and the fastest it will take me is 27 mph. I'm still satisfied with purchase, and highly recommend it.

Surprised no one is speaking to the problems associated with buying a "no name" e bike, especially from Ali Express. Good luck getting proprietary parts. I bought a Hurley (Swift) Big Swell a couple of years ago and it came with the battery broken off the mounts. The idiots ship their bikes with the battery mounted (saw a lot of reviews stating the same problem; after the fact!). I ended up getting about $250.. back from Woot, netting cost at $650.00. Fixed the issue with plastic epoxy and 2 large Velcro straps to keep it tight on the bike mount. Now after about 300? miles the battery is getting weak and can't find a drop on replacement, nor would I want to pay $400.00 for one for that bike. When is a bargain not a bargain? Of course you can buy 4 of these for the price of an Ariel rider, so...
