Check the Costco app (instructions) for inventory and pricing, if you can't find it, they don't have it.

The asterisk (*) denotes an item wont be restocked. Full price items can have the same mark, it has nothing to do with pricing.
.97 is an unadvertised sale, it does not necessarily mean a clearance item, just something that does not have a published sale. Can usually be found at multiple locations at once.
.47/.49/.00 are manager clearance tags. These are usually store specific.
I used to work at costco.
Costco App
Don't search yet
Instead, go to Warehouse Tab (bottom), select the warehouse of interest
"Search Warehouse Inventory"
Now search for Anker. It should tell you both if it is in-stock and $29.97
Do keep in mind though that while the Warehouse Inventory is near real-time, it cannot account for what is in people's carts. Someone could go in and buy them all for example but hasn't checked out yet. So still YMMV but this is the best you can do before setting off.
One note: Anker makes two versions of this MagSafe and Qi2. This is not the MagSafe version, this is the Qi2 version. This supports 15 W per the Qi2 standard and is functionality identical to the MagSafe version (i.e. has identical magnet pattern, and performance) but Apple artificially limits Qi2 chargers to 7.5 W if they don't have a dedicated Magsafe NFC chip in them. In essence Apple is charging a licensing fee to include this NFC chip, which iOS devices will recognize as "Made for MagSafe" accessories and unlock full 15 W charging speeds.
The NFC chip in "Made for MagSafe" chargers also adds some light contextual features like auto-entering standby mode per location (i.e. each MagSafe can be defined as a unique location, and standby can be customized for it), and can trigger shortcuts for that location.
The MagSafe one is $130 at Amazon. Most of the difference is the literal Apple fee. It is identical with a single extra chip.

I didn't know you could check warehouse inventory using the CostCo app. Weirdly though, when I try to find it or any item, I get "No match found!" message.

I think it's one of the earlier Qi2 devices from Anker. I got this and another early Anker Qi2 charger get a lot warmer in use than a more recent 3-in-1 Anker Qi2 charger that I like (their UFO model).
