Starter Kit BOGO. One of the free tool options is a 4.8 inch portable cordless bandsaw with a retail price of $399.99! Probably added the wrong bandsaw to this deal, as they have a smaller 2.5 inch one with a price inline with the other free tools.

I'm able to replicate the deal. Just like OP said remove the free item added by default and then select the $399 tool. I can go all the way to place the order but I don't really need it.

Great deal, but they've offered this exact bandsaw "free" deal before. I know because I got one.
They offer this every few months. Last time it offered shipping. Not sure why they won't this time.
