Do not buy. Classic brands went bankrupt. Fiberglass poured out of the mattress after a year- I never opened the zippered cover it works it's way out thought the weak sauce cover. I had a disaster in my bedroom. And when I tried to claim warranty they referred me to some bankruptcy lawyers who filed me as a plaintiff. Never heard anything back. Avoid at any price!! I informed Amazon about the issue and they continued to sell the mattress. Ask yourself why it's so cheap. Because they are unloading them.

Is it worth the risk is the question. Yes the mattress was comfortable for about a year until it itching started. I thought I had a rash or bedbugs. I only found out when I took a flashlight and looked under my bed for something that I saw a scene akin to a snowy field. I also would wake up at odd hours choking with no explanation... Well until this discovery. IKEA sells a better bed without fiberglass for a little more than the retail price of this one

I think this is the one I purchased it's been about 1 1/2 years since I bought it. I can tell you at that time NO Ikea mattresses contained fiberglass. It appears that it emains the case here.

How do you know the fiberglass works its way out of the cover? I'm worried about the zinus mattress I have.

Shine a light under the mattress and look for shiny hanging strands coming out of the bottom of the mattress or glitter looking material on what's below the mattress.
