the cpu part is more power on single core for hp dell one has better graphics. for office use hp better

The AMD Ryzen 7 7730U is comparable to the Intel i5-1334U. The AMD marginally out-performs the Intel, but mainly on multicore tasks, so for everyday use like e-mail and web browsing they're about the same.

Yup similar...The Dell does have a 1TB vs 512GB HDD...so that is one plus.
But both of these OK entry level laptops.
