I was thinking that 200 tablets was a 200 day supply but then I noticed that the instructions say adults should take 2 per day. So, only 100 days if you follow their directions, which you of course you don't have to do. The Costco Mature Multi I have here is 400 tablets and says to take 1 per day.
I've gone to every other day because I tested high for B12 and the Costco tablets have 1000% of the USRDA each. I saw another Centrum for older people with 4000% B12 but the Centrum for men here has 250% (500% for 2 tablets). So, seems better in that regard for those who want a lower amount of B12.
