I got it for 400 on sale before, then they raised the price and the sale price. I like the chair, the usb port is slow for charging. its small so great for an apartment or bedroom

in laws also bought a couple la-z-boy recently. They're quite nice and expensive for sure. Maybe they'll last long enough to be inherited !
We have a la z boy reclining couch and it must have the most fragile leather I have ever seen, worse than bonded leather imo. Highly do NOT recommend for families with kids.

...you've always wanted a recliner, or specifically this one? If the latter, why, what's awesome about this particular recliner?
Roundabout way to tell us you're vegan.

I bought it, it was comfortable, but I decided that I would pass on an electric recliner (after my show is done on TV I like to pull a handle and I am off to bed.) With this, I needed to find the small button, hold it in, and wait until it gets upright. I brought it back and I went back to my 30 year old manual Lazy boy and had new respect for it. Just my preference.
I passed on this in my local store for a similar reason. Not so much that I'm in a hurry, but the lack of a manual option (at least that I could find) means that if the electric mechanism goes, you've got yourself a chair (if you're lucky and it's not stuck in the reclined position).

I have a couple of similar ones to this from Costco. The power reclining after about 4 years failed on both. I found the replacement part on Amazon for $40. A 20 minute fix. I feel like it should have lasted longer, but at least it was a simple fix.

My preference to the mechanical one over manual is that I wanted to be able to stop it at any position.

I bought this several months ago, at the the $650 price unfortunately. It's a very nice recliner, the leather is great and the reclining mechanism works perfectly. I would say it's moderately comfortable, however and the unfortunately my legs hang off the end and I'm only 5 foot 9. I would recommend it overall.

Not sure why the downvoting on your question...seems legit to ask as @humphh post was ambiguous.

The guy's asking a legit question that, for the life of me, I can't figure out what that has to do with being vegan?

I have it and I think it's pretty great. My wife grabbed a comparable one from home goods for around the same price. The homegoods comp was crappy vinyl, flimsy and didn't have the features of this one. The adjustable headrest was an unexpected feature I love and really is nice when reading.

Is this one of those recliners that reclines very far back to give a zero gravity feel ?
I think I read that on one of the reviews .

It's the internet. A simple "hi how are you?" can be interpreted as "what did you say about my family?!"

Anyone seen these in-store? Plan on getting a recliner this weekend but these things, you have to try in person..
Also, wish all recliners came with a drink holdernod

i am looking for a decent fabric recliner. my dog would tear that leather up in no time.
i tuck a blanket into mine, no leather scratches and way easier to wash a blanket every week or two than a fabric chair
