I really wish they'd stop doing alternate monsters and just stick to Xenomorphs though. I won't spoil it for anyone.. And I get Ridley Scott wants to do the whole "engineer" "where we came from" "biological evolution weapon" story line but we just want Bill Paxton battling 5000 Xenomorphs on some remote dark mining colony on some weird planet.. That's all we want.
If Alien was a horror suspense and Aliens was an Action horror. Then Romulus is a nice mixture of both. While not as good as the first two movies, it's certainly better than the trash(yes, I said it, the other films are fun to watch but don't hold a candle to the two originals) that came in between.
My idea for a new movie?
It would be cool if they had some tropical planet with palm trees and dense tropical jungle. It's a remote(of course) mining colony that has received a Weyland Utani container in a supply shipment by mistake that turns out to be a crate of xenomorph eggs. A private security team from Weyu is sent in to find out what happened and get the shipment back. Imagine face huggers jumping out of trees at people!
