I got one of these for xmas. When I use it to drink beer it makes the lid smell of bacteria (Iike an old damp towel). I've taken the lid apart, removed the large washer to clean and dry and it still smells.

Try soaking in Original Odoban (green label) and or white vinegar... Should straighten it right out

BBB "accreditation" really mean nothing. They market themselves like an official authority, but they're basically a private review site with a fancy name, more like a government-pretend Yelp than anything else. I used to work for a large online retailer, and the "power" they had was sending an email saying a complaint came in and asking if you could provide a reply. Companies aren't legally obligated to respond, and many just ignore it without consequences.

First time I've even heard of "Tanga," so I'm not defending them. But if you want a better picture, look at other sources too, Trustpilot has quite a few reviews, and while it's a mixed bag (some bad, some good), at least it's from actual customers.
