Wow, I'm shocked they sell this stuff independently given all of the negativity you read about it. Id opt for stevia if I was going to buy a non sugar sweetener.

Good deal for aspartame + ace-k (same sweetener blends as the zero sodas). Sucralose is slightly better but they both taste pretty close to sugar if you e already switched all your sodas to zero.
Without getting into an argument on claims about health and safety, aspartame and sucralose are at least a lot more affordable than stevia and monkfruit. If your digestion tolerates them then they're pretty affordable and tasty.

So long as you don't get your health news from tiktok you'll be fine.

The Alex Jones RKF Jr and other crazy conspiracy people claim it's bad for you. They're wrong. It's phenylalanine. It's found in foods include beef, chicken, pork, tofu, fish, beans, milk, nuts, seeds, pasta, whole grains, and vegetables like sweet potatoes

Dont try to convince any of these people that it isnt just a conspiracy theory.
Just grin and nod....and remember that Aspartame, seed oils, artificial colors, Round-up, lead, etc are all good for you!!
You're kidding right? Saccharin tastes nothing like sugar; it has a bitter metallic after taste.
It's less metallic than the glycoside metallic aftertaste in processed stevia though for a lot of people. I don't think there is any single one ideal substitute sweetener.

We lost aspartame only to get sucralose that is actually proven to mutate our DNA
