Avoid this company like no other. I experienced how tough they are when I wanted to drop services or port out and it took many, many calls to their customer support team.

Not the sans experience. Not only that cancelled my service in a snap, they also refunded me $15 that was charged on renewal while I was not using the sim. (They verified that sim was inactive before renewal and initiated a refund that took less than 2 weeks)

i dont know why people are saying run. it was a pain to setup but its just another tmobile sub carrier. im paying $20 for 10gb plan for 1 year, which will go to $40 after 1 year. so seems like a good deal to me. im using it for a hotspot at my remote lake house. lets me keep in touch with my security cameras.

I have had mixed experiences with them. If setup is ok, the service itself is decent. If there is any issue where you have to contact customer service, it is a nightmare. I had used their service for 7 months with an annual plan and could not resolve an issue, had to port out. I asked to talk to a supervisor, never happened. They lied about supervisor calling me and me not responding. There was no call or voicemail.

Their service does not support text to some shortcodes (like if you want to respond to a prescription text from CVS)
