Glorious is mostly a hype based company IMO. Their keyboards are okay. I think they use the same mouse internals as most other "gaming" brands.
I personally would stick to a company with a good warranty and customer support, Logitech and Corsair are the big ones that come to mind.

Sounds good. Just hate the double click issue with Logitech mice but when they work fine, they feel and work great

I'd take a look at Pulsar. They are exploding on the CS2 pro scene. Ive had bad luck with logitech and razer as well.

I don't own this model, but I have the original glorious Model D and Model D 2 (not pro). Been using their mice for years, and I've had no issues whatsoever. I like the aesthetic, and the performance is pretty good for me. I don't play a lot of FPS games nor am I a mice enthusiast. I casually game and do mostly work on my computer. Bought the original Model D in 2020, and it's still working well, and same for the model D 2, which I bought in 2024.

The only gripe I have about the Model D 2 is the low battery life on wireless, but I'm not sure if they improved on this with the pro. You'll have to look into that.

Anyone looking for the 4k/8k edition, it's on sale for $10 more at both Best Buy and Amazon.

FWIW, when I'm buying something I'm confident I'm going to keep, I prefer Best Buy because I like supporting a place with brick & mortar stores that employ people in my community. But, when it's something I'm on the fence about, Amazon's longer return window tips the scales.

I've owned probably a dozen Logitech mice and only had it on 2 of them. That's why I tend to stick to them but it seems like lately more reports of them happening faster. Some say they started to cheap out on the switches to push for the higher end "hybrid" switch mouse buttons

I've owned over 7 logitech mice (5 Perforrmance MX, 2 M570, and one of the mid-tier mouse that came as a combo); they ALL have developed the double-click issue. At this point I refuse to give Logitech another dollar for the same mouse. I love the ergonomics, but cant stand the reliability.

PS: Five of the mice were replaced under warranty; back when they warranted them 5 years

I got the keychron M6 1khz polling rate for around this same price ($30-35). So far it has met my expectations for a gaming mice as I put more hours into BF6, kept the polling rate at 1khz and the battery last 5x longer than my logitech g pro x superlite. I will say, start to try out other brands, explore their product mix and you'll never know. Not trying to be a keychron fanboy, I'm just saying in general to try other brands.

Counter anecdote: I've owned numerous Logitech mice and I think they've all developed double clicking to some extent. My last G Pro wired does it infrequently enough that I keep it as a backup. Any mech switches can develop double clicking but Logitech couldn't seem to figure out how to set their debounce properly. I would only buy a mouse with optical switches now which are only available on the higher end Logitech mice. But you should be able to get a quality mouse for under $100 with optical switches, including Razer and Logitech on sale. There's a lot more competition in the mouse market now which makes the $150+ MSRP of the flagships a bit ludicrous. And modern sensors are so good that sensor performance is mostly a non-factor.
