These are the older version. The new ones have terrible reviews. Been waiting for these honestly as the batteries in my old ones are toasted.

I had these. They're problematic in that the chargine contacts in the case don't line up well so often one or both of the earbuds don't charge well

I have been using the new model for like close to 1 month now and I'm very happy, I've been using Powerbeats pro since 5 years now and the new one beats the old one in every aspect of it , it doesn't hurt my ear if I were it for too long plus the NC is not bad at all , sound quality is for sure improved. Again, I had my doubts on the new version so I bought an used/open box from bestbuy which was close to mint condition for a decent price .

Have you had any issues with the sound dropping from one side? I like the PBP1s but occasionally it would do that. Putting them back in the case usually would fix it.

Nope , never had issues like that , it also switches well between devices. So far , I'm happy with it !
