Tried to order the m4 pro , 24 gig, 1tb and the order was cancelled. Is this a typical experience with exchange ?

I also had my order cancelled. It turned out my billing address was updated to match my mailing address. I was able to complete the order after I changed the billing address.

AAFES is VERY picky about addresses and names on credit cards, everything has to match perfectly.
