Don't cheap out on things that separate you and the ground. Tires, boots/shoes, mattresses.

I work in tires. The difference between this and a Michelin is growing smaller and smaller every year.

I've had these tires on one of my vehicles for 3 years now. They've barely used any tread and I've had no issues.

Blackhawk is a legit brand. They're a subsidiary of Sailun, which is a major premium chinese brand. I'd trust them for reliability/safety.

You lost me at Salin…my salin (UTQG 600AA) tires only lasted 17k miles before they were at the wear bars. They did perform well wet and dry over that very short time though.

A LOT of these "no name brand" tires are manufactured by the big manufacturers following the same processes in the same plants as their flagships lines. "Starfire" is made by Cooper, for example. Do your research, don't pay extra just for a name brand.

This might be like a $5 off sale. They're normally very cheap.

I have a tire machine at my house, I probably install at least 20 tires a year for people, SOME of these off brands, are made by the larger manufacturers, and are an excellent value. I use the brand cross Max a lot and GT radial.

Horrible experience with buying tires from Walmart . From wrong size tires to machine down for weeks and not knowing when it will be ready. I've wasted hours with them, so I ended up going to discount and got it done the next day.
