Just FYI, I don't care if you buy them or not:

Magnesium oxide and magnesium glycinate are both forms of magnesium supplements, but they differ significantly in their bioavailability and potential side effects. Magnesium glycinate is generally considered more bioavailable and better absorbed, making it a better choice for addressing magnesium deficiency. Magnesium oxide, while containing a high amount of elemental magnesium, is poorly absorbed and can cause digestive issues.
