Just my pet peeve but I really don't like how the word "touch" is included in so many of these non-touch screen laptops. Sets off my deal alerts.
But I also understand this is a result of a copy and paste, OP's can't sit there and type out every description, and you can't make everyone happy all of the time
This is a refurbished laptop computer that ASUS is selling. The word Refurbished should appear in the title of any deal like this in my opinion even though it was listed in the description. Available for $1009 new from WalMart so depending on what condition "Good" is in Asus's view makes this risky. We know its not Very Good or Excellent which means it is going to show wear. It's a good performer except for the display which is dim per Tom's Hardware.

Totally agreed. If it's not touchscreen, don't include any touch.

Hence, why the significantly reduced price.
16gb ram and not upgradable.

Turns take about 25-30 seconds to play out.
While gaming system ram has been around 70-80%. I have a lot of non essential services disabled.
Thinking of a skinny windows partition. Would put ram usage around 50-60%
