15W total to ALL usb ports is pretty weak even for a cheap wall wart, this is like a slow charge one device at a time but leave all your plugs plugged in sort of deal.

Got a few of these around the house. They are great convenient devices. People gotta stop looking a these like "fast charging replacements". They are more akin to low power/wattage usb power supplies.

This has enough juice to run: usb fans, usb cameras, Echo Glows, smartwatch chargers, kids toys, charge/power bt speakers, etc. Not everything needs 185w ultra fast charging 3.0 110% batt in 25 seconds. Thinking of getting a few more. Thanks OP!

Is it safe to connect one to another to get 9 outlets and 4 USB-C ports?
probably not, they would put too much stress on the main outlet.

Thanks, grabbed one. Looks much better than that Mifaso rotating piece of junk that keeps getting reposted

IMO that is the same as connecting two extension cords. Garden variety extension cords are designed for 15 amp. But when you double up it's like doubling the length of otherwise the same extension cord. Doubling the length doubles the resistance. Wattage is R*I*I. So when you double R you have to divide I by root of 2 which is equal to 1.4. 15/1.4 is almost 10 amp.

An alternative to all these calculations is to touch the cord. If the cord is warm to touch, you probably should not have connected the two.

This is kind of a POS in build quality. I have it and it is poorly made, it works and gets the job done but I wouldn't recommend at all.

Looks OK for 'always on' USB devices near outlets. I've had good success using similar product to replace a power strip with half the sockets filled with USB charging bricks for things like HomePods and cameras - basically "free" hookup real estate that leaves the regular sockets open for higher power electronics (TV, sound system, PC/consoles, high power/fast chargers or docks)

Would not plan on using these USB ports for charging dead devices; more for keeping low powered devices running or something topped off

If you don't care about price, this one is great:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D7BXT8G1

That's 35$ for 20W - still slow charge. 30 W Leviton outlet replacements with dual USB C are usually 24$, and you can get the USB A/USB C variants between 18-25 W for less. I'm slowly replacing everything with this stuff, much more convenient and safe. https://www.amazon.com/Leviton-T5...B07PTWG5DV

Thanks for the explanation. I think I'll just go with the "touch the cord" warning!

How do I "try better"? Shows $9.99 for me. What am I doing wrong?

ETA: Price back down to $6.99.
