What a great way to get dog food all over the house and dog slobber all over your floors. Sheesh.
Yeah, your dog will eventually clean it all up, but why not just throw it all on the floor in the first place and save $10?

Because this supposedly engaged them mentally which helps some dogs get it out of their system.

bought this for my Boston terrier whom already has two or three other puzzles from this company. it's interesting in concept however she literally just picks it up with her teeth and flips it over and then the top comes off easily and all the treats fall out of it. if it doesn't come off, I have to turn it back over only for her to flip it back over again. Yes she is a seasoned puzzle solver, however this is the only one that I have considered returning because of this. her favorite one by far is the red white and blue puzzle that has sliding compartments that open up.

Yeah, no.

If you frustrate and try to control your dog at feeding time with stupid 'puzzles', you'll get payback when he/she pees on the couch/bed/carpet or poops in your shoe to show you they didn't appreciate it.

Just let your dog be themselves. If the food is gone in 5 seconds, who cares? The dog is happy and fed.

you are so unbelievably ignorant to dogs' potential health issues regarding eating too fast. you should really educate yourself before responding on subjects you know nothing about

My dog is extremely well behaved. It has only peed inside three times and poop inside twice. In fact, one of those times, he pooped in the shower as a good dog he is. On those times, he did it only because it was my fault not properly taking him out. He's almost six years old, and I've had him since a puppy.
He's extremely clean, and doesn't do shit like that. He's never ruined anything in the house, chewed up anything or respect boundaries. In other words, if your dog is doing that, it's probably a reflection of you. How you're behaving, showing and teaching your dog.

If dogs are not properly entertained, they will do the stuff you mentioned. It's also part of teaching your dog patience. It's nothing like controlling your dog, and you "control" dogs by giving them boundaries, but also provide them an outlet such as this toy. I highly suggest you learn more about dogs. It'll save both you and your dog a lot of pain.
