rather than a wagon, i think i wish theysold carts more. i have a radioflyer wagon for the kids, and pushing is MUCH better than trying to pull it like a wagon.
If you are a taller person - i suggest getting one with a longer handle, i got one recently which was at 37.5 inches and it felt i was always hunching over a little bit (im 6'1'). Not to mention the handle became loose after a single beach trip. That one was rated for 440lbs and i had it barely filled to 40lbs. Returning that one and will only get one with bigger wheels/more heavy duty. I can't imagine the spring loaded handle on this one would be that much better long term if you are ever planning to drag it through mud or sand.
120Lbs seems a bit light. the last one I got about 2 months ago was $39 dollars was said to hold 200lbs. I managed to put a lot more than 200lbs without issue.on it.

the Chinese manufacturers copy designs a lot, seeing it everywhere because someone over there got the design and now all the widget factories are making them too. educated guess but it might have been some retailer's new product, if so they probably didn't even get them in local stores before the clones went up on alibaba and amazon
