They choose "New Other" because the cups don't come in the retail Stanley boxes - they come in basic cardboard boxes because this is overstock and these cups were meant to be unwrapped on store shelves, not shipped. I bought two from this seller. Both were packaged very well in tissue paper and arrived in perfect condition.

Nice price but note it is new other and says see description (where it doesn't say anything) and a recent feedback with a Stanley picture mentions loosely packaged and a bit beat up so... not sure this is worth risk vs 27 deals that have been turning up a lot lately.

Purchased about 10 Stanleys/Owalas from this seller and a lot of them came dinged/dented as they usually ship these bottles in bags. I was able to return them but it was a hassle so just FYI.

I purchased from this seller last time it appeared on SD. Purchased Jam Session and received a Grey Stanley. New and packaged well. Got it super fast, but wrong color. When I contacted the seller, they said they had no more inventory to replace it with another color. They told me to start a return and they would issue a refund upon inspection. I didn't bother, but just beware, you might get whatever color they feel like sending.

I have one in the 'Jam Session' color and IMO it is in no way "brown"... it is maroon. Perhaps subtle batch variations but mine looks exactly like the picture.
