The Samsung Odyssey G7/G70B S32BG70 is a 32-inch, 4k gaming monitor. It's a newer version of the Samsung Odyssey G7 S28AG70 with many of the same features, including HDMI 2.1 bandwidth for console gaming and VRR support. Unlike the higher-end Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 S32BG75, this one is limited to a 144Hz refresh rate and doesn't feature Mini LED backlighting. However, it features Samsung's proprietary Tizen OS smart platform built-in, letting you stream content without needing a PC, and it has extra connectivity options like built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support. There's also a smaller S28BG70 model available, but it's considered a different monitor, and not a variant.

What are people's thoughts on 4K at this size? I have a 27" 4K monitor and feel like I should have gone bigger. Thanks

I have a 4k 27 incher; been using it since 2016 and it is ideal for me (I came from a 27 inch 2k monitor that I used since 2011). Almost all of the ones on promo nowadays are 32 inch, which is just too big for many people with shallow desks, IMO. That is approaching TV size for me, and I personally dont enjoy pivoting my head when I am doing work.

This seems great deal to me, i'd be all over this if i'm not already have two M32
4k at 32 is great, it worked very well with MacOS. and I also love my 144hz screen, it made any application much more smoothier, never will go back to 60hz.

Wondering if even though it says Gaming Monitor if this would be a good purchase for an external second monitor (connected to a macbook) for graphic designers?

This seems like a pretty awesome deal, but I had been eyeing 32" and curved... so not sure about this yet.
Curious if anyone has thoughts on whether or not I'd really notice a significant difference or have a substantially better experience with the curved 32" Samsung or another model?
My use case is mostly work/productivity and some light gaming, but MSFT Flight Sim 2024 so the fidelity of the image is really important to me. Thanks in advance for any insights!

Clearly says that this isn't just a smaller version of the one they reviewed, but a completely different monitor.
