I bought this couple of weeks ago for $6. Belt is not as good as the picture in terms of finish / sophistication. But it's all leather and hopefully holds up. Certainly good for casual dress but not suitable for formal/business wear.
Just got mine, its like a hard piece of plastic, No way is the full grain leather. it has no leathery cross section. This thing is going to crack and peel after a few uses. Back to Whole Foods you go, not even worth $7. I mean I should have known better but the description is a complete lie. I've owned a lot of belts and this has to be one of the worst quality I've seen. No way it would sell in a store, doesn't even have leather smell, just 100% fake

Is the 50% off a one time use? I bought one belt at 50% off but then found one on the 50% off page but when starting checkout it wasn't discontinued.
I bought one the other day and just bought another. These belts are disposable as the leather (or whatever it is) cracks on the inside. As I saw this, I used packaging tape that was not visible and it extended the life twice now that allowed me to wait for these type deals to replace them. Brown was just replaced and black was just ordered to have as a spare.
Any chance these are actually full grain leather as in the material for the entire belt?
Some say full grain but you get what you pay for. I treat these as disposable and have been happy. I need to save $$ for my feet. Tendonitis and $700 later, am still hurting ($485 for special inserts and $215 tax included for NB 990V6 that my doctor recommended). Got no money left for quality belts. Looking for value now ...

I own 3 full grain leather belts for over 15-20 and 30 years. Well worth the price if they are true full grain and not bonded. The 1990s belt no longer fits me, but my son uses it.
2 Carhartt belts (one brown, one black) https://www.carhartt.com/product/...uckle-belt
1 Britches belt (clothing store from the 90's that is now out of business except for 1 VA location. The belts available via their online store are not the same.)

I got some full grain leather belts made in Poland off eBay for $15 about 15 years ago, and they're still holding up strong after daily wear. if it's really full grain leather it should last a lifetime with normal use.
I actually went to BF store and sorted through hundreds of leather looking belts and after close examination picked 4 ($54). Most were excellent fake aka synthetic leather
Just pratice opening the belt before you try it on! Got mine, put it on, racheted nicely, couldn't figure how to release. Had to have the wife get on her knees and help me struggle with the belt to find the little lever clasp that releases. Crazy.

Full grain. But what kind of leather. Kind of obvious at this price it'll be as low quality as possible.
I wouldn't see these lasting more than a year at this price if used heavily.

you don't even know!!!
It's not on sale, but if it's really full grain and ratchet, it's well worth the investment.
