Was anybody's $10off$25 coupon yanked from their order when one of the qualified items was cancelled?

Update Coupon was returned.

I don't have ECB, have $4 freebie and 40% on one account.
I saw a MM scenario on IG by Sactowngirl with Colgate, Crest tp & MW (but no DQs for MW)

I'm looking to minimize OOP. I think that the best deal for me may be
Colgate 3.99 x 2 - $3/2DQ
Crest 3.99 x 3 - $5/3dQ
nivea Lotion 4.99
= 24.93 - 10/25 - $8dQs - $4freebie = 2.93, earn 4/5/3ECB

but
does the 98% rule still work or do I need to be over $25?
and
last time I tried a $4 freebie with x/xx it didn't work. It reduced the threshold, and if that happens here only 20.93 qualify for the 10/25. Does anyone know if this is still how it works?

I could convert the $4 freebie to 4Colgate ECB first, paying .98 (7.98 - $3dQ - $4 = .98), but then I"m not sure what my scenario would be. I could maybe use the lotion and some tp since I haven't done DS couponing since RA was no longer viable. I don't see a better deal for converting $4 freebie though, it would be nice if there was one that didn't qualify for the 10/25CRT.

I don't use Garnier,
4.99 x 2 - $3/2dQ
I guess the 40% would apply to one however I have no idea how much it would actually deduct with all these CRTs, and it costs twice as much as Nivea lotion, gives back the same value ECB- $3.
I did a similar deal. Got the crests and colgates, but I didn't want the nivea (and wasn't sure of what to get).
So upon noticing scope was buy 2 get $5 and they were $5 something, that was about bogo for me.
I had 2x $2 prescription coupons and that took me to about $10 something after Calif tax. I got $14 back in ECBs.
I will take break even on 7 items we'll use. I HATE that the toothpaste boxes and tubes are staying the same size (maybe even with more air pumped in) but the number of ounces is now under 3 for this deal for crest.

The Crest Complete toothpaste is also included and it's 5.4 oz.

For MIL's card, I'm thinking of another Crest deal, the 7ecb wys $15
Brilliance 10.99* - $4dQ
Gum Detox 10.99* - $4dQ - $2CRT
Colgate 7.98/2 - $3dQ
= $29.96 - 10/25-$13Qs = 6.96, get back 7 + 3ecb and I presume better toothpaste? I didn't check the oz.
There's a $4/2 CRT that includes Brilliance, but I couldn't figure how to make it a better deal. There's only one DQ that would work in that instance.

I have 5ecb from the other Crest deal, so would pay 1.96 + 9.725% tax. It's hard for me to think in terms of parting with cash except for tax, but I suppose that will have to wait until I ramp up my cache of ECBs.

If you have a $4/2 CRT on Brilliance, wouldn't it be a better deal to swap the Colgate for another Brilliance?

2 Brilliance @ 10.99 = 21.98 - 4 dq - 4 CRT
1 Gum = 10.99 - 4 dq - 2 CRT

Total = 32.97 - 8 dq - 6 CRT - 10/25 = 8.97
Get back 14 EB

I'm sure you already know that another set of P&G coupons is available for use at CVS on the Coupon24 app, so you can potentially add another $4/1 Brilliance coupon to the deal bringing your OOP down to $4.97. The app is very easy to use and there are numerous youtube videos that can walk you through how to get started with the app. And of course I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

This is amazing! I've tried to keep up with this thread even though I haven't CVS'd for a while but I guess it's my senior brain or just not really "getting it" unless I DO it.

The Crest deal said limit 1, but I can do it twice?? Now that you say this, I do have a vague memory about it. Part of the 2 week ad changes?
Never heard of Coupon24. Going to investigate.

You're very kind to this re-starting SDer.

I have 2/10 oral care CRT so I think I'd do 2 Brilliance + 2 Colgate - 10/25, with extra Brilliance $4 Q, would be 4.96, and I have 5ecb to pay with
earn 7 & 3
then
Buy Gum Detox 10.99 - $4dQ - 2crt - 2/10= 2.99, use Colgate $3ecb to pay. Perfect!!

The two transactions look good. Any questions about C24? To avoid any cashiers that might be leery about scanning coupons from a phone, I prefer to use SCO. For a smooth transaction at SCO, I would suggest sending all the coupons (CRTs, ECBs) you want to use to your card. Scanning paper coupons will likely require the Attendant's intervention. Lastly, use the QR code on the C24 app instead of the barcode.

Scan sequence for your proposed 1st transaction:

1. Scan 1 Brilliance TP
2. Scan QR code for $4 Brilliance coupon on C24 app
3. Scan 2nd Brilliance TP
4. Scan 2 Colgates
5. Enter your phone number
6. Finish & Pay

Check to make sure all coupons applied and the final balance is $0 plus your tax. If not, abort the transaction.
