Anyone has return experience with Shopsimon? Buying shoes online take a chance because they may not be comfortable. I rarely buy shoes online because I need to try them first. But the price is good.

It showed "Free Shipping" but also a strange second item added to the cart to ensure safe delivery of the order for a dollar and change. Very strange. I was able to remove it finally using an up/down arrow on the item.

There is a return shipping fee of $4.95 per order regardless of how many return labels are required to ship your items back to our retailer(s).

These are really nice and comfortable. Excellent for all day standing and walking use. Be aware though, they don't do too well on slippery surfaces. They have very little grip especially on wet floor.

This seller is a hit or miss. 3 of the 5 orders i made wete cancelled due to item being not in stock.
