Please note that with the FF set, Wizards made a normal (this listing) and Collectors precons, the difference being the foil treatment on the Collectors set. The site I linked explains this.
To my knowledge there hasn't been a first party collection released by Wizards that includes every card of any particular set. This would defeat their business model as they want people to be opening packs at the chance to get that rare chase card.

Chronicles could be bought in complete sets, might have been how they sold it actually. Been a long time and haven't bought cards since Tempest so the memory may be a bit faulty.
Well maybe you have an idea now, since I told you.
If they released a FF-themed deckbuilder that I could drop 80 bucks on and be done with, I'd be all over it.
