Great fan. Just a warning though: If you're used to quickly adjusting the tilt or direction manually, buckle the heck up, cause it goes like this:

- Holding still. (I need to point it higher)
- Tap Fan directional button once to trigger X axis oscillation (undesired direction)
- Hurry and tap it again because X axis movement wasn't wanted. Now Z axis motion is oscillating.
- Tap again after waiting for it to get to the proper point. This now locks it in place.

If you don't change the direction much, it's solid. If you're used to manhandling your fan into a certain position in less than 1 second (let alone 8 or 15 seconds) run. Run away.

I picked this up from the Costco Business for $36. Seems to be the regular price there. Warehouse price is $45.

According to the specs on each website, they're the same size.

Trying to compare how, the photo of the controls on the BB version look like an holder.. not sure if it is just aesthetics or different model.

I had picked 3 from Costco $25 each or so. Best table fan. In-built timer that you can set for 1 hr, 2 hrs, 4 hrs is the most useful feature for me. It is super quiet too.

I picked up one of these from Costco as well. Make sure to test it immediately and ensure nothing is wrong.

The first one I got from Costco had a major clicking issue when it rotated. Costco exchanged it right away and second has been good.

It is a different model, PCF-SC15T on Best Buy and PCF-SC15T-CT at Costco. Might just be a warehouse/Costco specific model number change and some slight variations to the controls and remote, that's the only difference, at least from what I can see.

My warehouse has them in store for $42 right now. The business center near me in Chicago is also $42, so I don't think there is a difference except store per store.

That might be it ... No signage at my local Business center indicating it was a sale price...

The one at BB is what I call the "older" model (the controls on the base are raised and tactile), and the remote is different. We bought those at Costco a couple of years ago. Then we bought a couple of the "new" ones, the controls on the base are touch-activated (not raised, not tactile), and the remote has been changed (and the remotes are not interchangeable). Functionally they're not different, however the new fans produce a very noticeable motor whine at some speeds.
