It's target.

Shoe quality is probably crap. I'd wager you'd chuck it out after a few months of wear if not sooner.

Been through a lot of cheap shoes in the past and imo it's usually not worth it. At $10 bucks i guess if you get 10-20 wears out of it it's not that bad.

Have bought shoes similar to these ones years ago from target (Same brand and style just different bottom sole style). You'll get a good year out of them before they start ripping and falling apart, otherwise its a nice looking shoe lol.

I got these $9.40 gray ones [ebay.com] yesterday and am pleasantly surprised with the look and quality. I had no issues with comfort wearing them today. IMO they're definitely worth the sub-ten dollars.
