Well... crap. Attached is the part of the amazon page that says 18/10. I decided to dig in: Lorena doesn't appear to have a website. They're owned by Hansmart. Hansmart's website doesn't list silverware by name, but I found one that appears to be identical. "Made of high quality stainless steel." aka "unknown, but assume cheap".
