Yup. Cancelled. My wife is a professor, so I used her ID.me code. Good thing I was only on the fence about the Switch 2 since our switch 1 OLED still works fine. Back to waiting for Switch 2 OLED.

honestly, all I asked was, "is there any way to get the 20% off coupon reinstated".....her IMMEDIATE reply was, "I issued you a $100 coupon and you will get an email soon".....if they said no, I wasmt gonna argue. Figured couldn't hurt to ask. And I am FAR from a snowflake. lol
