there is site named wootplus that I use to browse woot stuff, wootplus categorizes woot products and lets you search the woot inventory!

The website hasn't been absorbed into Amazon.com because different refund policies apply compared to Amazon + they want to keep the discount store aesthetic. It's totally fair game to complain about how the site's designed, but yes, I have it as I need to use it to apply the deal.

Unless the deal is posted here (Thanks to all who post Woot Deals) I don't even bother to look. I thought it was 1 of many browser add-ons that I use somehow blocking the "search" feature. Thanks for confirming that the Woot guys think that we all sit on the computer all day with nothing better to do. What a STUPID idea.
I will check out wootsearch since it would be nice to e able to search and move on with my day. Thanks for that link.

Lack of search definitely sucks but fwiw, you only have to purchase via the app. You can browse and add to cart on the web and then switch to app just at the end, which I find a lot easier when I choose to take advantage of these promos.
