The website hasn't been absorbed into Amazon.com because different refund policies apply compared to Amazon + they want to keep the discount store aesthetic. It's totally fair game to complain about how the site's designed, but yes, I have it as I need to use it to apply the deal.

I have had issues with returning which I won't get into other than to say twice items sold as new clearly weren't. Thus, I avoid Woot like the plague...
BUT if the item is within the return policy (30 days for most) so people need to initiate a return ASAP via phone - They have a generous return policy and since the cost of shipping the goods back and restocking generally costs more than its worth, a good portion of the time, a full refund is just given without the need to ship anything back (Depending on your account history / Customer Lifetime Value)
Woot was the best when the original owner of Woot had control of it but hes moved on to Meh, which is almost trash and way below subpar compared to Amazon's woot currently. There are really some good deals to be had on Woot, just got to sort through the promoted, sponsored garbage and 'not really that much of a sale' items.
