No. Not at all. OLED blows this away. This TV is only a little above Sony's entry level TVs. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews...x90l-x90cl

Is this comparable to OLED ?
I have this TV and an LG C3 and love them both. Hard to pick a favorite.

Wow! C3 gets way better reviews.

The C3 is great for contrast. I like the overall PQ of the Sony. Hard to explain but for colors the C3 seems to try a little too hard. I would flip a coin though, or get whatever was more affordable/available.

Anyone have a picture of a receipt or the $999 along with the item number? Trying to get a price match.

Pls don't buy LG B4. Briteness is not enough.Dark scenes looks darker than Led tv.
You just have to get the settings right. The B4 is great. I have it in a room with essentially floor to ceiling windows, no shades, and I have zero issue with brightness. Settings/calibration is a very powerful thing.

Costco's regular price is $1400
I just meant it was a $2300 tv in 2023/24, it went down to about 2k with an extended warranty when I got mine. I'm really happy with it.

its 1399 online and delivery as early as thurshow does this compare an the B4 LG Oled?
B4 if the B4 is near the same price. It also depends on do you prefer a super bright TV or do you prefer deep blacks and gorgeous colors instead.

Saying you like the PQ of this over the C3 is hilarious. The C3's picture quality is massively better. The color of C3 is trying too hard? 😂 No one should ever listen to you. The C3 just has far better color. Judging by your comment, I'm going to guess you're at least 60.

The fact that you can't spell "brightness" tells us all we need to know. You have zero experience with the TV, and are just regurgitating whatever you've heard.

Aside from that, brightness is one of the dumbest things to care about. It has little to do with picture quality. The B4 is significantly better than this. All of the TVs we've been watching for decades have been between 200-300 nits. The B4 is 600. So what if this is 1,500? The color and contrast of the B4 blows this out of the water. Only people who know nothing about TVs think brightness is the biggest factor to consider. I have a C series, but I've used the B4, and I've used a Hisense U8H (which is massively brighter), and I'd take the B4 over the much brighter U8H any day. The B4 is still plenty bright. Nothing compares to OLED, except QD-OLED. Brightness is a stupid factor.
