I got this in July (Amazon days) for $15 for my 15 year old car. Great for streaming radio (often better quality than my antenna pulled in), and much better sound for the carphone.
It plugs into your AUX jack, so you get to pipe the call through the whole stereo, and the noise filtering seems to work better than the microphone built into the vehicle.
