Bought this the last time. Would have been awesome if not for the fact that the floor attached by Velcro, so you are incentivized to buy the inflatable floor separate. Problem is, the Velcro leaves gaps for bugs and snakes to get into. Read reviews on web. I'm putting the warning here. Had to return mine, where we camp that's a no go.
The reviews make this tent sound excellent for car camping, and the dromedaries say this is the best price it's ever had... i like my $30 popup tent, but I may have to pull the trigger on this one. Selling points include quality construction, tall enough to stand up in and extremely well ventilated. Drawbacks include that you're gonna have to stake in the rain fly, etc, with fairly heavy-duty stakes. Someone also mentioned chemical offgassing.

The dimensions are pretty awkward now that I look more closely. For example, a 6' person on a cot or inflatable might be the only one to fit inside comfortably. I'm sure it feels really spacious and has good ventilation, but it seems better for a changing room or picnic buffet spot than a fully functional tent.
I was fascinated by the idea of inflatable floor sold separately but when I checked the price...yikes! $431 !! That means the floor is open without it and sounds like bugs can get in.

I've never had a tent that bugs and snakes could not get in...what is that like?

The floor isn't actually open without it! It comes with a non-inflatable "default" floor -- just a fancy tarp that you velcro on. That said, I hate the velcro floor. It can't seal perfectly, so it could easily leak or let in bugs. It also detaches when you're pushing up the top of the tent during assembly, or if you step in the wrong place!
