Not sure I want to wait much longer and this seems to be a decent deal even if you don't really want the monitor.

is the monitor easier to resell? Is the soundbar they give any good. I thought most people were just selling it and it wasn't fetching more than 250-300.

that's my question too. If you could resell monitor for at least like $500ish, that would make it a pretty great deal. eBay seems to be $500-700ish but those are pre-owned... I'm sure we could get more selling brand new in box

I think the monitor is the same one that LG is selling during this same sale for $800, but I could be mistaken - didn't look too closely.

Yes same monitor - it was $899.99. Which is funny, because now the monitor is more expensive ($1169.99, but still reduced fully on checkout), is that the LABORDAY 10% off is actually more now because the "total" before taking out the monitor cost is more. Result: final price currently is ~$30 lower than this past weekend.

By the way, you can still add the compatible stand with this set (ST-G4WR8377) and receive it free with the rest of the bundle. Not that you'd ideally want to stand mount this TV but if it doesn't change the price possibly something else to sell to reduce total cost...
