No one in the heat belt cares about a window heater.
It is an inverter it will run on LOW.
You won't hear it.
It's NOT like the old school 1 speed units (on or off)...It ramps up or down based on need.
I've been renovating a 2100 square ft investment House in FL.
Has been running for 4+ months straight at 74 degrees so that Central AC unit and ducts don't get dirty.
