I did this last week and it worked for me. Had to call the rep who initially was going to only take $10 off 3 lines, but then I had to correct him and say no the email says $20 off 4 lines. He double checked and then confirmed that it was indeed 4 lines for $20 each! Saves me $80 x 12 months using this trick!

I do this every year, once it expires, repeat process a month later and it should trigger
