Sorry, I phrased it incorrectly cuz i was in a rush.
I meant that a lot of times these days on games where there are "loot" it may be $0, but you have to play or grind or do something to qualify for it.
What I meant to ask: Do you just sign into the game and claim it right away?

That sounds like its true for 2042.
I had a group that had weekly sessions for close to a couple of years playing BF1 and BFV. Admittedly, BFV was and is still plagued with bugs, but still has excellent and satisfying mechanics. BF1 is a masterpiece. I am convinced that there are still BF purists out there who enjoy the different pacing and strategic elements that BF does so well.
Never go with that soulless and mass-marketed garbage of duty.
