It's only beneficial if you can trade in an old device. Otherwise, in my opinion, a $200 Amazon gift card is a better option.

Like most of Google's promos the deal is in the enhanced trade in values are what makes it a deal. This one is good if you have a Pixel device to trade in and store credit from a previous deal. And especially if you have a use for the $200 store credit.

$600 for P9PXL 128GB, not great when the 8 Pro was $699 last year. That credit is pretty weak when you consider the Google store doesn't typically allow stacking with other offers/codes.

Might be worth a wait til Black Friday for this one.

yeah as others been saying in the other deal thread.. worth waiting .. make google give better deals.. this is nowhere near as good as last years (and yes i get it that was a hell of a deal via bestbuy ..) ... not worth it specially if u already got Pixel 9 from last year's deal via bestbuy..
that was a free phone + $200 pretty much.

And just received email from Google Store that includes a coupon code - seems to vary by account. I got one for $150 and $200.

Pixel 9 pro XL user here, I've had the 6, 7, 8 and the 9 series. I've always pre ordered due to trade in offers, freebies and store credit. The current deals have fallen flat and this will be the first year I ride out past the pre order period.

I do think Google knows a lot of people upgraded last year and they have been stashing the credit waiting to use it for this year as it is expiring over the next 2-3 weeks. I was fortunate to use mine on upgrading my mom's 6a to a 9a but most people were likely waiting for this. Definitely underwhelming in comparison to previous years.

All good, 9 proXL is fantastic so I will wait until Google caves a bit more.

Regarding the 10% off google one membership. Last year there was a method to join, get 10% off and then cancel membership. Anyone know if that would work for this offer?
