Exactly as represented. You get a new G-mail ID / PW and a new Spotify ID / PW linked to that G-mail account. The Spotify account is geo-located to Nigeria (my guess is to get the cheap price) so you get a lot of recommendations from Nigerian artists. It is pretty easy to change those to artists you actually like. IMHO it was worth the $50
