No, it's not an unlimited 50% off any purchase but it's very rare for any code at any vendor, to have no cap.

I can't speak for where you live, but a 10-15% markup is extremely common in my area.

hell, there are multiple restaurants in my area with zero markup.

plus, the $1.10 fee is if you have dash pass - they charge a 5% service fee.

EDIT: Called in and they said the Chase Sapphire DashPass is different.

Doordash used to allow these codes for pickup all the time. This year they seem to have changed for about half of their codes.

Interestingly Uber has started to give out more codes that work on pickup whereas before it was very rare for them.

Not worth to me. All my places are within walking distance. I only jump when it's pickup.
