Every tent will flap like crazy in wind if not taut.
What I liked
+ Easy to pack/unpack.
+ Mesh on all 4 sides, so good air circulation without the rainfly
+ Aluminum tent poles
+ Rainfly that extends fully to the ground.
+ Reasonably good interior height for a 3-person tent.
What I dislike:
- The mesh pockets are small and poorly designed, with fasteners easily coming loose.
- Rainfly zipper is positioned directly in the center instead of on one of the sides. Means you have to lean way out of the tent to zip/unzip.
- 3 stakes per vestibule are a little annoying, but not a major issue.

I also have this tent purchased from Costco. Would disagree with the other poster; it's certainly an imperfect tent, but you won't find better quality anywhere close to this price point. A solid budget option for car camping.

I was looking at the "rainfly extends fully to the ground" as a negative. I would never use it without the rainfly just for privacy's sake, but it seems like there would be little to no ventilation with the fly on. Am I misinformed?
If your using it for privacy and its hot or humid, I would agree this would be a negative. But if your going to have any rain, or it sa cold night, its definitely a positive. For good weather camping you can pick up a coleman at Walmart for pretty cheap that'll do just fine.
Even in my backpacking tent where the floors are really thin, I don't have issues. I don't wear shoes in the tent, and I only sit on the floor on the air mattress or my sleeping pad. So my weight is distributed across a much larger area.
When I get back from a trip, I set the tent up anyway in the backyard to let it dry out and air out, rinse it off, flip it up on its side, rinse it off gently and hand wash delicately if necessary.
