Honest question, what's the benefit of using the Amazon app over a mobile browser? Every time I see somebody post that a code doesn't work, it's usually because they are using the app.

I've never used the app and, oddly enough, never had an issue with promo codes.

code doesn't work for me too. Initially it worked and I made an order. Then I decided to go for a second order and it didn't work anymore. Neither on mobile app, not on a browser. I assume it was one-time use only.
