Dude, Desktop Ryzen 7000 and 9000 series Processors also come with same integrated Graphics, It is not a Mini PC to have powerful integrated Graphics, it is a motherboard with a very powerful integrated Processor and a full blown Gen 5 X16 Slot.
And don't you think your Ryzen 5 comparison is kind of lame? Which Ryzen 5 Processor can come even closer to this? This performs like a Desktop Ryzen 9 7950 (Non X) variant while requiring fraction of its power and in gaming, it will even beat a 9700X or 9950X due to having the 3D Cache.

If you have a Micro Center nearby, they often have barebones and complete systems based off this board for very compelling prices.

I don't know who really wants/needs what this offers vs a desktop Ryzen 5 build. $500 is a bit steep for these capabilities unless you really want/need this formfactor and level of passive radiation.

Also whats up with the X3D processor AND Radeon 610M integrated Graphics?

It's passive but it is intended for you to install a 120mm fan on the heatsink and includes the hardware to do so.

The x3D is so that you can put a GPU in the x16 slot. My Ryzen 7700x also has the 610M GPU built in, not because you're intended to game with it but because some people don't game, or you may want an iGPU that you can use while troubleshooting the dGPU.

The way the x3D chips are made is that they take a regular 7945HX (or 9950X, or whatever) and then attach the 3D VCache to the underside of the chip. They don't have a separate process where the wafers are converted to CPUs with the extra cache built in, because the failure rate would make it too expensive.

At any rate, the benchmarks I've seen don't really show that much of an improvement over the non-X3D version of this chip unless you are absolutely CPU limited. And if you're chasing maximum performance you'll want full desktop hardware most likely anyway.

I have literally never seen the Minisforum ITX boards at Microcenter. I've seen the mATX version regularly in stock, but not the ITX. And I've yet to see a pre-built using this board or the non-X3D version.

Dude doesn't know what the x3d means.

32 threads and 16 cores + huge level 3 cache (ie the x3d)

There's no ryzen 5 (even a 9000 or 8000) series that comes even remotely close to this.

That's my point. It already has integrated graphics in the CPU (or more correctly the APU)

If you see a mini itx board, everyone buying it is interested in the form factor. There is a premium for smaller size, I'm one of the people who has paid it happily

Hi. I have a 7800x3d and a X670 ATX board with 2x16GB DDR5 RAM. Besides the lower TDP, will there be a noticeable increase in gaming performance if I switch to this one? I have a 1440p monitor, and a RTX 5070ti. (I was looking at mini ITX boards for AM5 CPUs and they can be pricey. I may as well get this one if I wanted to go to a mini ITX setup.) Thank you kindly!

I bought this on a previous sale and put it in a K49BL from SGPC (8.3L) and a 9070. This is a great board for SFF builds. Cooling the cpu with a NF-A12 G2 from Noctua and it keeps it nice and cool. Getting a mini-itx board + comparable desktop processor would have been more and would have likely been very much hotter. I'll also admit I really just wanted to try this. But it's been great for me so far.
