Two different purposes. That motherboard is ITX and does not have SATA III Slot. Also, you are restricted to the performance of the Cooler they have provided. For very small form factor builds, that is fine.
On the other hand, this has two extra SATA III Ports for more storage and you can mount any high performance cooler of your choice, resulting better performance as that can help AMD PBO to auto overclock higher. If you are building a Mini Tower type of build, want to add a lot of storage and highest performance for the CPU, this one is better suited.
Frankly, neither is better than each other but offer advantages for different use cases.
