I previously owned a side by side Samsung and on this one the doors don't fully close when we push them unless you firmly press them to the body of the fridge.
Other than that I have no complaints and the beverage center is a game changer for the hydro homies.

We got it on an EPP deal in the fall last year and paid just over 1k delivered, with the 3 year warranty.
Awesome fridge, hands down, love absolutely everything about it, and the beverage center, as stupid as it is, is like a killer app in fridges and a gamechanger. I couldn't go back to a normal water dispenser like some kind of caveman again.
Delivery guys farked up the first fridge during "install" and by that, i mean they busted a door on it delivering, when they insisted on removing it bringing it in, even though the fridge they removed just fine was smaller than it in every dimension, so not sure why they decided to take it apart. Not going to fully blame samsung on it, they outsourced that to the same idiots everyone does. They were very quick to replace it though, with an entirely new refrigerator.
Samsung still catches a ton of heat from their old fridges, but the biggest issue in those was the water\ice dispensers, and this line uses an entirely new design which follows "what everyone wanted and says is best" in that design.
Only complaint is it is super sensitive to the water filter starting to go, and when that starts happening the water pitcher has a mind of its own as to if it refills automatically or not. It does not have DRM on the water filters however, and plays nice with the amazon ones which are a big enough name for me to be comfortable cheap ing out on and at least not worrying about them adding lead to the water or whatever. I swap them out when it starts acting up every 3 months or so, and its fine after that. We have crazy hard water though and i really should be relying on something a bit more robust than a fridge filter for that, but i like the taste of our water.
We have been watching for the matching range for this, since we are happy with the fridge. Missed out on that for just under a grand at the same time, and have been kicking myself ever since.
Funny enough, i think my whirpool dishwasher actually matches the fridge better than the samsung one.

I have this fridge or one very similar.

I have this fridge, bought from Costco. The left side door has to be really pushed in to properly close. That and these things easily scratch with the slightest caress are my two criticisms. Other than that, it's been great. The automatic pitcher is a game changer
Its not complicated or a bad design or anything, it just lets you seat it where there is a bit of play, and if you just decide to tighten the screws as is, will get what it sounds like you have as a result.

Try taking it off and putting it back on again. Its very particular about how it seats on the hinge, and will go back together and look and mostly work ok unless you really get in there and look at it. Our delivery guys had no idea how it all worked, and insisted on taking the doors off to bring it in to the house, and didn't put them back on correctly. The first time they screwed up putting it back on bad enough to damage the door. The second time they didn't manage to break anything, but it still didn't seat right until i took it back off and spent a few minutes futzing with it to get it just right. Been fine ever since, a year later, and gets a ton of use.
