It's Members Mark. Return it if you have an issue. But overall the non stick cookware is unhealthy. stainless steel or wrought is what I use. You just need to learn how to cook on them so they won't stick.

Wrought iron is my go to. But I have a tri ply stainless steel set as well. Just more sticks on it. You have to watch out you don't scratch it. Have you used wrought Iron? I have 11 year old pans that are so smooth nothing sticks to them.

It works pretty well-I'd say not quite as good as the Cephalon nonstick pans (they seem to have better heat distribution) but ok for the price. You'll get about 2-3 years out of them unless you are really careful.
